Korean Chicken
Easy Korean style chicken to quickly make for a quick meal. Spicy, savory and full of gochujang flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tbs Gochujang
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 2 Tbs Gochugaru
- 1 Tsp Hot Chili Powder
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Roasted White Seasame Seeds
- 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Toasted Seasame Oil
- 2 Green Onion
Directions
- Seperate green onions into greens and whites. Mince the whites and them add them to a bowl and slice greens and set aside for garnish.
- Mix gochjang, honey, chili flakes, chili powder, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder, and onion whites into a thick paste. Add water until about the consistency of a thick barbaque sauce.
- Place the chicken thighs into the mixture and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Set oven or air fryer to 350F and place the chicken on a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes and flip halfway through.
- (Optional) Set the oven to broil and place chicken directly under heating element to add some char to the top of the chicken.
- Garnish with seasame seeds, seasame oil, and onion greens and serve.
